RCL owe hundreds of thousands of pounds still to SMS and only 10 prototypes were ever built.

Craig when you say
"this figure is net of the £70,000 receipt we received from you on the 20th & 23rd May 2015. “ this is the receipt of the 70k against debt and not the 70k advance payment of the Vega+? Or am I missing something?

Please find attached spreadsheet showing all invoices, credits and receipts on your account.
This shows £224,780.22 invoices outstanding, this figure is net of the £70,000 receipt we received from you on the 20th & 23rd May 2015.
This statement has not and will not include the material bond, this was explained in the attached email sent to you on the 4th July 2016.
Also explained in the email is that bond was to pay a security deposit to enable SMS Electronics to order long lead time materials, as per the terms of Letter of Variation No1 090915(also attached). These long lead time materials have been delivered and paid for, therefore this bond should come off the amount of stock that we have at SMS Electronics which had been purchased against Retro’s PO’s. The current stock listing is attached in the same spreadsheet, see tab “Retro Stock”. Current Value of this stock is £196,808.04, therefore your liability for this stock is £96,808.04.

> As for the 2000 I suggest we do not build any until you start to try and sell them, we have a quantity of built up units here which would satisfy any immediate orders. Also if you put delivery within 5 days and you do have a rush on sales we would have time to build any orders over and above the stock we already have. Please note that as we have communicated many times we cannot increase our liability so would not be able to ship these units until payment has been received.

RCL really do seem to be trying to "go for broke" here, with their lawyers now contacting them to chase over a quarter of a million pounds in unpaid fees...
Just when you think it couldn't get any more ridiculous...
Seems like someone at RCL doesn't like the truth being published online...
"Our Indiegogo campaign is to raise funds to manufacture the first 2,500 or more units of the Vega+ in the UK, and to prepare us for the second production run."
